You'll be responsible for ensuring effective planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change.

Who we're looking for
  • 4+ years' experience in delivery or project management roles.
  • A track record of successful delivery in both Agile and traditional (e.g. Prince2/Waterfall) environments.
  • Able to work in mixed-methodology environments and coach teams and stakeholders accordingly.
  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in consulting, client-facing delivery, or multi-supplier environments.
  • Comfortable managing scope, risk, budgets, and timelines, while keeping teams focused on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex digital or IT projects across one or more teams.
  • Manage scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery to agreed outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery approaches are fit for purpose - selecting and tailoring Agile or traditional practices where needed.

Planning And Governance:

  • Define and maintain delivery plans, forecasts, and governance structures.
  • Establish project controls, manage risks and issues, and status reporting for internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between team-level activities and broader programme or organisational objectives.

Team Enablement And Coaching:

  • Support and enable delivery teams - removing blockers and fostering a healthy team dynamic.
  • Provide clarity and stability in complex or changing delivery environments.

Stakeholder And Customer Management:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Act as a key communication point between delivery teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and decisions through clear and regular communication.
Key Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects/products using both Agile and traditional approaches.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and expectation management at multiple levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage scope, time, and budget.
  • Practical experience with Agile tools (Jira, Trello) and traditional PM tools (MS Project, RAID logs, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
  • Experience in consultancy or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with digital delivery, cloud platforms, or enterprise-scale IT projects.
Key Behaviours And Soft Skills
  • Able to flex delivery style to context, team, and customer need
  • Inspires trust and accountability, even without formal authority
  • Brings people together across roles, functions, and boundaries
  • Clear, concise, and proactive at all levels
  • Provides confidence and clarity when complexity or uncertainty arises
  • Always learning and wanting to improve
  • Takes responsibility for own development
  • Love what you do
  • Value and support your team
  • Embrace who you are
