Term-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach for Multi-Sport

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a passionate strength and conditioning coach to support Academy sports including golf, ski racing, swimming, and tennis. The successful candidate will lead planning, programming, and delivery of training sessions, working closely with pupils from First Form to Upper Sixth on a self-employed basis.

This role requires high-level knowledge of performance cycles and coaching qualifications, ensuring pupils are prepared for competition. The position offers approximately 25-30 hours of work predominantly during term time, focusing on safeguarding and progress reporting.
