We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Behaviour Coach to join our secondary schools in Harlow starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sports Behaviour Coach to make a meaningful impact on students' behaviour, well being, and engagement through sports and physical activity.
As a Sports Behaviour Coach, you will work closely with students, using sports as a tool to promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and resilience. You will support students who may face behavioural challenges, encouraging them to develop self discipline, confidence, and motivation through structured physical activities.
The ideal Sports Behaviour Coach will have a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and a passion for supporting young people. You should be confident in leading sports based interventions, engaging students in both group and one to one settings to help them reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver structured sports sessions that encourage positive behaviour and personal development.
- Support students in managing their behaviour, using sports to build self esteem and motivation.
- Work closely with teaching staff to integrate sports based behaviour strategies into the school environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant staff and parents where necessary.
- Act as a mentor and role model, promoting teamwork, discipline, and resilience.
