We're officially Great Place To Work CertifiedThe Solutions Architect role at Exclaimer is pivotal in designing and delivering integrated, scalable solutions that span the entire Operations Ecosystem, enabling seamless business operations and transformation initiatives. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the role ensures that complex requirements are translated into effective architectures that drive operational excellence and support strategic growth.
Design and Architecture and Integration- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solution designs that span the entire Operations Ecosystem.
- Define system architecture, data flows, integrations, and technology choices; create and maintain architectural diagrams and artefacts.
- Ensure integration of internal systems, external services, and third party applications supports data consistency, reliability, and compliance.
- Establish reusable patterns, continuously refine architectures to keep them aligned with business strategy, and proactively identify integration bottlenecks.
- Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deeply understand requirements and constraints.
- Lead and develop the team of Business Analysts to ensure quality requirements gathering and process analysis.
- Oversee the Business Operations & Transformation intake process, ensuring ideas are captured, prioritised, and refined into actionable requirements.
- Build trusted cross functional relationships to spot and shape opportunities for architectural value early.
- Act as the technical authority across projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Guide engineering teams through implementation, mentor team members, and lead design reviews and governance forums.
- Embed security, scalability, and resilience into all solutions; conduct risk assessments and collaborate with security and compliance teams.
- Uphold quality by ensuring solutions meet evolving business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms for fit and alignment with business and architectural strategy.
- Recommend enhancements to existing systems and designs to reduce technical debt and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop proof of concepts and champion modern architectural patterns (e.g., AI, automation, serverless).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the architecture and analysis teams.
- Produce and maintain clear architectural documentation, roadmaps, and guidelines.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent, high quality business analysis deliverables like user stories, process maps, and business cases.
- Maintain central repositories for architecture and analysis artefacts to support knowledge sharing and project execution.
- You're a Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or Data Architect, with proven experience building and scaling enterprise grade Salesforce solutions.
- A track record of designing and implementing complex, multi system architectures that drive measurable business impact.
- Expertise in systems integration, security frameworks, and cloud technologies, with the ability to balance innovation, performance, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills - you know how to work with business analysts, guide intake processes, and translate abstract requirements into actionable designs.
- A collaborative leader who can mentor delivery teams, promote technical excellence, and champion best practices across the engineering community.
- Clear communication and documentation skills, able to articulate complex architectural concepts, roadmaps, and trade offs clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
