Job description: Site Manager responsible for the maintenance and security of the school, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders and for a range of special educational needs.

Location: Springfield Primary School, West Road, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7AB

Hours: Proposed split shift - 37 hours per week (6am 10am and 2.50pm 6.15pm), Monday Friday (open for discussion); 52 weeks per year

Summary Description

Our Governors wish to appoint a hardworking Site Manager to be responsible for the maintenance and security of our school. This is a key role in ensuring our school environment is safe, secure and welcoming for all. We are looking for a candidate who will strengthen the team, who has good communication skills and can work with a range of different stakeholders, including those with special educational needs.

Springfield Primary School is a friendly and welcoming school with an emphasis on promoting high standards and a broad curriculum. We have an Enhanced Resource Facility (ERF) which supports children diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Condition, as an integral part of the school. Ofsted graded the school as 'Good' in all areas in June 2023. () We remain committed to our vision to 'Inspire Success' for every child.
