ServiceNow/CMDB Administrator

Our prestigious client are looking for an experienced ServiceNow/CMDB Administrator to join them on a 6 month initial contract.

They are investing heavily in ServiceNow as their new ITSM toolset creating a best in class service and operations function.

The ServiceNow/CMDB Administrator will -

• Ensure the CMDB is created, Embedded and built into ways of working and processes
• Work with technology and service owners to build and maintain the CMDB, ensuring all assets and services are accurately documented.
• Make sure all data relationships and dependencies are created, all data is maintained and ensure the CMDB becomes an integral part of the service.
• Fulfil Service Requests relating to CMDB data including data updates and reporting, solving problems within the data
• Ideally possess ServiceNow accreditation's such as ServiceNow Fundamentals, ITSM Fundamentals ServiceNow CMDBF

This is an umbrella only contract and requires 3 days per week onsite in Hampshire.
