ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Job description

My client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer for a structuring and high-impact project within a demanding and modern technical environment.

You will be working on a strategic platform where the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and IT Operations Automation play a key role in system performance and reliability.

Your Mission

• Implement and optimize the ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and maintain the necessary technical components: patterns, scripts, and advanced configurations.
• Act as the technical expert during workshops with infrastructure and application teams.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data within the CMDB.
• Champion ITOM best practices and contribute to structuring technical standards.
• Work within a dynamic Agile team (dailies, sprints, retrospectives).
• Actively participate in technical arbitration and backlog prioritization.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in ServiceNow development, with strong expertise in the ITOM modules.
• Very good understanding of the CMDB architecture and data model.
• Proven experience with Discovery in complex environments.
• Knowledge of the following environments: DB2, Oracle, Cisco Catalyst, Tomcat, WebSphere, Microsoft Intune, OpenShift.
• Comfortable in Agile contexts and in leading technical workshops.
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented.
• ServiceNow certifications are required.

Languages:

• Fluent French and English Language skills are required.

Location:

• 2 days per week remote work required with 3 days onsite work in Luxembourd required, candidates will ideally already be living in Luxembourg.
