We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and business analysis skills to design and implement advanced HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically tailored to meet the needs of a global manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of HRSD solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution strategies aligned with enterprise objectives
• Guide the team on complex system integrations and data flow designs
• Address technical challenges and support complex customizations
• Work with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Provide guidance to implementation methodology and testing methodology
• Oversee the end-end technical implementation of HRSD modules

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing HRSD solutions
• Deep knowledge of HRSD modules, system integrations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
