Location: Mainly Remote, St. Gallen, Switzerland (Hybrid)

Duration: Initial 12-month contract with long-term extension potential
Workload: 3-4 days per week

Project Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP FI-CA/PSCD Consultant to join a greenfield SAP Public Sector implementation project. The project focuses on implementing SAP PSCD for judicial and correctional administration processes, integrated with a Java-based upstream system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP FI-CA and SAP PSCD solutions.
• Design and configure billing, receivables, collections, and disbursement processes.
• Gather requirements and define solution architecture with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support integration between SAP PSCD and external systems.
• Deliver workshops, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation activities.
• Advise on SAP Public Sector best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on SAP FI-CA experience.
• Proven SAP PSCD project delivery experience.
• Senior SAP consulting background with full life cycle implementation experience.
• Greenfield implementation experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills.
• Fluent German (C1+).

Desirable

• Public sector or government project experience.
• Experience within judicial, legal, enforcement, or correctional administration environments.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations with external systems.

Working Model

• Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week onsite in St. Gallen.
• Remote work available outside of workshops and onsite meetings.
• Candidates can be based outside Switzerland
