Senior Product Manager - Guest Experience (all genders)

As a Senior Product Manager in the Guest Experience department, you will be leading a dynamic, cross functional squad of developers, designers, and QA managers. You will work closely with other product teams to enhance the user experience for millions of users across our platform, ultimately driving higher conversion rates and creating a significant business impact.
You'll be part of the Guest Experience department, a dynamic and diverse team of over 40 tech experts from 15+ nationalities. The product management team works closely together to ensure we're building the best possible user experience for millions of users. You will report directly to Kai, our Director of Product Management.
Our Tech Stack- Backend: Microservices using Java 11, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
- Data Storage & Processing: Elasticsearch 7, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis.
- Data Visualization & Usage: Kibana, Redshift, Tableau and internally developed tools.
- Monitoring: ELK Stack, Grafana, and internally developed tools.
- User Research & Testing: UserTesting, Clarity.
- Project Management: JIRA, GitHub, and more.
- Innovate & Deliver: Conceptualise, develop, and launch new features with your engineering team, ensuring that they enhance the overall user experience.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Serve as the key bridge between customer needs and your engineering team, ensuring our products perform optimally to meet user expectations.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate business strategies into actionable product roadmaps, specifications, and detailed product strategies.
- Impactful Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of your features, using data to validate decisions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders across the development process, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of projects.
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, particularly for consumer-facing products.
- Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably within a start up or agile environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to collect and analyse data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus: A blend of market understanding, deep intuition for customer needs, and technical know how to create user centric solutions.
- Prioritization & Organization: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, keeping projects on schedule in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
