Position Overview

We're redefining connectivity and regulation plays a critical role in enabling that future. The Regulatory Manager will sit at the intersection of technology, networks, and policy, helping shape how regulation supports innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy across network, spectrum, and technology domains
• Partner closely with Networks & Technology teams to embed regulatory requirements into delivery
• Translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical, commercial solutions
• Influence regulatory outcomes through engagement with ComReg, NCSC, Government and EU stakeholders
• Represent Three in industry forums and consultations
• Support licensing, authorisations, and major regulatory submissions
• Drive regulatory input into technology transformation and strategic projects
• Manage regulatory risk in technically complex areas

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong understanding of the Irish telecoms regulatory landscape
• Solid knowledge of mobile network technologies and infrastructure
• Experience influencing regulators and senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory detail into clear business impact
• Strong commercial judgement and problem solving mindset
• Experience in a regulatory, telecoms, or technical environment
• Work at the forefront of telecoms innovation and regulation
• Influence decisions that shape the future of connectivity in Ireland
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders
• Be part of a business that balances compliance with innovation
