Are you a driven, people-focused sales professional with a passion for education? At QA Higher Education (QAHE), we're on a mission to open up access to world-class education-and we're looking for an Account Manager to help us do it.
What You'll Be Doing- Build and manage a strong pipeline of applicants, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
- Engage with students, agents, and partners via multiple channels
- Support the Sales Team Leader to exceed recruitment targets
- Guide applicants through the full lifecycle-from enquiry to enrolment
- Advise students on meeting application requirements (docs, interviews, English tests, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in internal systems
- Attend recruitment events and meet students on campus when needed
You'll be the friendly expert who keeps students motivated, informed, and confident throughout their journey.
What We're Looking For Experience- Proven success in a sales or target-driven environment
- Experience in higher education recruitment is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
- Confident, proactive and solutions-focusedAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of the UK higher education landscape is desirable
- Achieving (or exceeding!) student enrolment targets
- Delivering a seamless and supportive applicant experience
- Building strong relationships with students, agents, and internal teams
- Maintaining high-quality, accurate pipeline data
