Job Description

We are an independent recruitment business with a fun, hardworking team, based in a stunning office that offers free parking. The successful candidate will understand the needs of both our clients and candidates, delivering a high-quality, tailored recruitment service while consistently meeting team and company targets. Alongside expanding the client base, you'll also have the opportunity to work with a number of highly valued, long standing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing activities:
    • Generating new business through lead creation and following up on previous opportunities.
    • Attending client visits, focusing on both new business development and ongoing relationship management.
    • Proactively working to enhance awareness of the 1to1 brand.
  • Revenue generation:
    • Working to exceed KPI's and company objectives, such as financial targets provided by Directors.
  • Account management:
    • Developing a deep understanding of your clients by gathering information about their organization, key decision makers, working environment, and other relevant factors.
    • Submitting relevant CV's to clients within agreed timescales.
  • Resourcing:
    • Sourcing relevant CV's against live vacancies.
    • Qualifying applicants with phone calls and registration interviews.
    • Preparing job adverts and posting them to boards and websites.
  • Administration:
    • Keeping all files and databases up to date.
    • Ensuring compliance with all legislation.
    • Supporting with timesheet chasing and credit control as required.
  • Teamwork:
    • Keeping colleagues up to date and aware of 'HOT' candidates.
    • Covering phone calls and absences.
    • Attending team meetings and contributing constructively.
    • Completing ad hoc duties within reason as and when requested by the Directors.
