As a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL), you will play a key role in legal research, regulatory monitoring, and knowledge sharing, ensuring that the firm remains ahead of market trends and legislative developments.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented lawyer who enjoys deep-diving into fund regulations, structuring, and compliance, while also supporting the firm's legal teams with innovative ideas and insights. Your Responsibilities PSL - Investment Funds - AIF/UCITS - Knowledge Lawyer - Funds - Avocat

Monitor and analyze regulatory changes affecting UCITS and AIFs, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of legal developments.
Provide internal legal support to lawyers by developing templates, guidelines, and legal opinions related to fund structuring and the daily follow up.
Conduct in-depth legal research to support complex cases and ensure best practices across jurisdictions.
Design and deliver internal training programs and workshops to keep the team up to date on investment fund regulations.

Profile and Career Path PSL - Investment Funds - AIF/UCITS - Knowledge Lawyer - Funds - Avocat

You have at least 3 years of experience as an Investment Fund Lawyer, gained within a law firm. Experience in an international firm is considered as a strong asset.
You have a strong knowledge of Alternative Funds and/or UCITS : Depending on your profile, experience with either one can be sufficient as long as you have the motivation to deepen your knowledge in the other.
Strong expertise in fund structuring and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks.
You are fluent in English and French; German would be a strong asset but is not mandatory.
You are detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for legal research and knowledge management.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively train and support legal teams in their ongoing development.

Attractive salary of up to €130.000 gross (on an employee status, and of course depending on your level of experience), to which you can add meal vouchers of €10.80, interesting fees on health insurance and pension plans, as well as a bonus, reflecting your valuable contribution to the department.
