British Antarctic Surve is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance End of Life Care in Worthing. Your role involves providing clinical expertise and advice, supporting high-quality care for individuals with complex specialist palliative needs, and managing a caseload in a community setting.

The successful candidate will promote a person-centered approach to care, working within a supportive team to ensure patients receive the care they need in their preferred place.
