Oracle Fusion HCM Business Product Owner (Contract) The Netherlands

On behalf of a multinational organization engaging in a digital transformation to Oracle Fusion ERP, we are looking for a Business Product Owner to act as a liaison between the implementation partner's team of consultants and internal (key) users. For this specific role, we are looking for a BPO within the HCM stream. As a must for this role, we are looking for someone who is willing and able to work on-site (hybrid) and can speak Dutch.

Your Impact:

As a BPO in the HCM domain, you will drive the standardization and optimization of the HR processes. You will ensure smooth integration between Oracle Fusion ERP, Workday, UKG, ADP and other system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process mapping for Oracle Fusion HCM
• Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion ERP, Workday, ADP, UKG and several other internal systems best practices.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and ERP system validation with stakeholders.
• Guide teams through system and integration detailed design, UAT, training, and adoption strategies.
• Support post-go-live process optimization for efficiency gains.

Your Profile:

• Strong experience in HCM processes and ERP implementations.
• Expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP, Workday, ADP, UKG
• Ability to bridge HR, IT, and business operations.
• Experience with working in the Service & Installation sector
• Strong communicative skills in Dutch and English

Conditions:

• Availability: 40 + hours each week.
• Location: Netherlands, Utrecht/Rotterdam, Hybrid role. On average 2 to 4 days on-site
