We re now looking for an Operations Analyst to help shape smarter, data-driven decisions that improve how we serve our guests and owners.
Your Next Chapter
As Operations Analyst, you ll turn data into action. Working within our Data Science & Analytics team, you ll partner with Customer Service leaders to identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
You ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, using SQL, Power BI, and Salesforce data to uncover insights and tell compelling stories that influence change.
What You ll Be Doing
- Analyse operational and customer data to highlight performance trends and process improvements.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that support decision-making and forecasting.
- Use SQL to combine and model data from multiple systems (Salesforce, internal tools, etc.).
- Partner with Operations and Product teams to deliver data-led solutions that balance cost, service, and efficiency.
- Support resource planning and forecasting through data modelling and scenario analysis.
- Present clear, actionable insights to non-technical audiences.
About You
You re an analytical problem-solver who enjoys exploring data to improve real-world outcomes. You combine technical skill with commercial thinking and can communicate confidently across all levels.
You ll bring:
- 2+ years experience in data analysis, BI, or operations analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Proven experience building Power BI dashboards from concept to delivery.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM/CS platforms.
- Understanding of operational KPIs (SLAs, efficiency, customer satisfaction, capacity planning).
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights simply.
- A proactive, curious mindset with great attention to detail.
Experience within travel, hospitality, or other fast-paced customer service environments would be a real advantage.
