We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nightshift Warehouse Manager to lead our night operations, ensuring warehouse performance is optimised and safety standards are upheld.

About you
  • Previous experience in associate management, specifically directing teams and building positive rapport
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Assertive, proactive, and alert with excellent problem solving abilities
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Process management experience, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capable of operating effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Open to challenging processes and suggesting improvements
  • Strong warehouse background managing KPIs
  • Experience dealing with customer and client queries
What you'll do
  • Lead and motivate the nightshift team to meet performance targets
  • Conduct daily team briefs focusing on shift performance, safety messages, and upcoming plans
  • Oversee warehouse activities including bookings, vehicle movements, and internal workflows, ensuring timely completion and system updates
  • Maintain accurate stock records, reporting discrepancies promptly
  • Communicate operational issues across departments and implement solutions to minimise delays
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime
  • Uphold health & safety standards and ensure team adherence to all procedures
