Multi-Skilled Electrician

I'm currently working with a leading facilities management provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician to join their growing team on a prestigious contract for a local council.This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a high-profile portfolio in one of London's most sought-after areas, delivering high-quality maintenance and installation services.

Your new role
As a Multi-Skilled Electrician, you'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of electrical works across commercial and residential environments. You'll work both independently and as part of a wider maintenance team, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.

  • Carry out electrical installations ranging from small works to large commercial/industrial projects
  • Perform planned, reactive and remedial maintenance
  • Work on:
  • Single & three-phase systems
  • LV distribution
  • Containment (trunking, tray, conduit)
  • Final circuits & terminations
  • Fault finding, testing & inspection
  • Interpret and work in line with BS7671 / IET Wiring Regulations
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Complete job documentation accurately and on time
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, sourcing parts where required
  • Follow strict health & safety procedures at all times
    • What you'll need to succeed
  • City & Guilds Level 3 (2357 or equivalent)
  • Completed a relevant electrical apprenticeship
  • AM2 qualification
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • At least 3 years' experience in building maintenance (planned & reactive)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Valid CSCS/CSR card
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
    • Desirable:
    • Experience on FM contracts
    • High Voltage awareness
    • Supervisory or gold card certification
