About the role:
As Lead Producer at Coolr Studios, our in-house production team, you will deliver top-tier content for leading brands. The ideal candidate has a strong video production background, a creative mindset, and a keen understanding of social media trends to develop innovative content.
Responsibilities include:
- Transforming client briefs into high-end concepts and productions, primarily focusing on one client for the first six months.
- Producing content across social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Leading the development and production of social-first videos, ensuring alignment with brand and platform requirements.
- Preparing decks and presentations for clients and new business pitches.
- Communicating creative ideas effectively through storyboards, scripts, and decks.
- Managing budgets and recommending solutions within financial constraints.
- Collaborating with editors to craft video assets and providing feedback.
- Working with the Head of Coolr Studios to oversee production processes and mentor junior team members.
- Managing a team of producers and editors, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Proactively pitching new social video concepts and formats.
- Overseeing budget and costs across campaigns.
Ideal candidate:

- Understanding of various production disciplines, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms and their specifications.
- Experience with copyright for media assets.
- Ability to run smaller shoots independently and assist with larger shoots, including risk assessments, talent agreements, and permits.
- Confidence in presenting and communicating creative ideas.
- Experience working with freelancers and production companies on diverse projects.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of production workflows.
- Willingness to attend shoots and travel within the UK.
