For our client, an international company from the FMCG sector, we are filling the following position:
Knowledge Content Specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- You maintain and continuously update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- You ingest, convert, and structure content from various document formats into the knowledge management system, applying templates, taxonomy, and accessibility standards
- You apply structured content principles, tagging, and categorization to improve searchability and overall user experience
- You support markets and regions by helping them locate existing articles, validating content availability, and guiding them to the right information
- You identify content gaps, initiate new article creation, and collaborate with teams across Customer Service, Digital, and UX to gather and validate inputs
- You review and refine content to align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and best practices in knowledge management
- You monitor content performance and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., eGain, ServiceNow, or similar) or willingness to learn
- Ability to ingest and convert content from multiple document formats into structured knowledge articles
- Understanding of structured content principles and digital publishing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with customer service environments is a plus
- Fluency in English
