Job Description

Our client is a leading company in the food industry that supplies millions of people with their products every day. With a strong presence in several European countries, they are committed to shaping the future through strategic thinking, innovation and passion for marketing excellence. The client is looking for an International Marketing Manager who will have the opportunity to drive impactful B2C strategies across various countries, engage in cross-country interaction and act as a trustful added-value partner.


Aufgaben
  • Leading the optimization of the core business and identification of growth strategies for the consumer brands within the category
  • Driving new core-business product innovations, most effectively play the packaging game (design relaunches + packaging solutions) and brand-positioning projects
  • Developing insight-based brand equity communication and experience strategies, amongst others with digital innovation, AI, targeted engagement/communication approach and impactful storytelling
  • Management of the annual planning process including performance tracking
  • Functional guidance to local marketing teams, reporting directly to the Director International B2C
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, leveraging operational marketing excellence and foster a strong marketing community network across the international group

Profil
  • University degree with a business or economics background
  • 10+ years of experience in FMCG marketing - Proven track record of national and international experience with responsibility for various product categories and diverse brands, Brand Strategy and Tactics, as well as the full Marketing Mix
  • Experience with and passionate about digital marketing strategies, including AI
  • A hands-on approach paired with strong strategic thinking and execution with excellence - striking the perfect balance between strategy and operational delivery
  • A powerful team player with exceptional people skills and a keen sense of intercultural awareness.
  • Excellent command of English required, willingness to travel up to 20%
