To support our growth and service excellence, we're looking for a commercially minded Indirect Category Manager to join our Procurement team.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful procurement initiatives across a diverse portfolio, including Property, Facilities Management, IT, Fleet, Professional Services, Marketing, and other general business services. What you'll be doing Develop and implement category strategies that deliver sustainable savings, risk reduction, and service improvements. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs, negotiations) ensuring compliance and value for money. Manage supplier selection, contracting, and performance reviews, driving accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure suppliers meet Medivet's ESG, data protection, and ethical sourcing standards. Monitor spend, savings, and supplier performance, producing reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. Build strong relationships across Property, IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to align procurement strategies with business needs. Drive adoption of procurement best practices, tools, and systems, mentoring junior team members along the way. What you'll bring: 5+ years' experience in indirect procurement across multi-site operations. Proven expertise in category management and end-to-end contract management. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link data insights to strategic outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Experience leading supplier performance management and ensuring compliance with ESG standards. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (ERP, contract management tools).
