The HR Data, Insights & Reward Manager is a key role within the People & Culture team .
This position is responsible for leading all aspects of workforce analytics, HR systems and data, and reward functions.
You will manage a small team and work closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team, People Operations, and Employee Experience teams to deliver data-driven insights, maintain robust reward structures, and lead digital transformation across HR.
The role:
The HR Data, Insights & Reward Manager is a key role within the People & Culture team .
This position is responsible for leading all aspects of workforce analytics, HR systems and data, and reward functions.
You will manage a small team and work closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team, People Operations, and Employee Experience teams to deliver data-driven insights, maintain robust reward structures, and lead digital transformation across HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a small team of HR specialists (Reward & Benefits Advisor, HR Data and MI Analyst).

Manage and maintain job architecture, pay structures, and benefits provision.

Lead the annual pay review process, including pay modelling, costing, and payroll implementation.

Produce data insights, reporting, and workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

Maintain and configure HiBob and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and secure access.

Manage HR system integrations with downstream systems (eg payroll, engagement tools).

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable data insights.

Lead the Remuneration and Staff Report for the Annual Accounts and support audit activity.
What the client is looking for:

Strong experience in HR data analytics, reward, and systems management.

High levels of data literacy, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (essential).

Proven experience with data visualisation and workforce planning tools (essential).

Experience with Power BI (desirable).

Knowledge of HiBob or similar HR systems (advantageous).

A strategic thinker with a passion for automation and process improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A salary of £74,000 per annum.
