Job Description
For a reputable private bank in the canton of Geneva, we are offering a position as:
HR Advisor
For a fixed-term contract with a 100% workload. HR Advisor H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • Manage HR administration for the employee lifecycle and advise on internal policies and regulations.
  • Oversee new hires, departures and internal transfers, updating personnel files.
  • Perform HR administrative tasks (certificates, AVS, work permits, attestations, etc.).
  • Contribute to the recruitment of junior and temporary staff (advertisements, interviews, coordination).
  • Update and ensure the reliability of HR databases (Workday) and correct anomalies.
  • Maintain and update HR procedures and processes.
  • Participate in improvement and digitalisation projects and cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate on a daily basis with HR Business Partners and other HR advisers.


PROFIL ATTENDU
  • Bachelor's degree or HR certificate, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, especially Swiss employment law.

  • 5 to 10 years in HR, similar role.

  • Hands-on HR administration and coordination, experience with large teams/workloads.

  • Excellent communicator, team player, pragmatic, solution-oriented.

  • Able to prioritize and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

  • Computer literate; Workday experience a plus.

  • Native French, fluent English (spoken & written).
