HR Administrator Support recruitment including communication with candidates, arranging interviews Issuing of contracts using predefined contract template New starter inductions Monitor recruitment inbox Support careers fair coordination and execution Organise staff training & medicals Admin support for Visa applications Support annual appraisals Record data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) General admin tasks to support the wider team as required
