Job Description

We are recruiting a confident and inspiring General Manager to lead our workplace dining and hospitality services across a prestigious multi-site London contract. This is a senior operational role with genuine influence, where relationship-building, commercial performance and exceptional service delivery are key to success.

Working closely with the Account Director and Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that every element of the guest experience reflects our values of quality, innovation and sustainability. You will oversee premium staff dining, hospitality and event services, while continually evolving the offer to meet client expectations and future workplace trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing management team across multiple sites
  • Drive financial performance through effective labour planning, GP delivery and cost control
  • Build trust and collaboration through senior client engagement and proactive communication
  • Champion service excellence, ensuring consistent standards in food, presentation and guest experience
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, HR and company policies
  • Lead operational improvements and sustainability initiatives that enhance our service impact
  • Support change projects, new concepts and continuous innovation with a collaborative approach
About You
  • Proven experience in senior hospitality leadership, ideally multi-site or workplace dining
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
  • Confident at presenting ideas, influencing decisions and guiding client strategy
  • Motivational leader who builds strong teams and drives professional development
  • Organised, solutions-focused and able to manage priorities at pace
