Job Description
About Us
We're a Climate Tech startup backed by top-tier angels and on a mission to shake up the outdated energy market in Southern Europe. With a team of ex-Uber, Indeed, InDrive, and Target Global, we're not here to play safe-we're here to lead the charge in how energy is bought, sold, and consumed. We work fast, break things (intelligently), and never settle for the status quo.
The Role
- We're looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to jump into the chaos with us. This isn't a coffee-fetching kind of internship. You'll be in the room (literally or virtually) where real stuff happens: building things from scratch, testing ideas, breaking systems, fixing them, helping customers, and figuring out what works.
- You'll touch everything - operations, marketing, analytics, partnerships, product testing, sales, growth hacking - whatever moves the needle. If you've ever wanted to get a behind-the-scenes look at building a startup from the ground up, this is it.
Who You Are
- A recent grad, a final year of masters student, or someone from a non-educational background who wants to get some real startup experience under their belt
- Business-oriented, but not afraid of tech - you love no-code tools (including AI-tools) and can ideally write a bit of code yourself.
- A doer. Curious. Sharp. Fast. Relentless.
- You thrive with ownership. You like figuring sh t out.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
What You'll Get
- Paid internship with the chance to grow into a full-time role. This is how we hire.
- Full-time, hybrid setup (Barcelona preferred, but flexibility for the right person).
- Mentorship from founders and senior team members who've built things before.
- Real impact - your work will be visible, measurable, and meaningful from day one.
- A front-row seat to building a company that's out to change an industry.
How to apply
Send your CV to .
Include a short cover letter (can be in the body of the email!) explaining:
- Why you want to work in an early-stage startup.
- An example of how you've used any tools (no-code or code) to automate a routine task or process.
