Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of Nottingham's most established specialists within facilities who are looking to add a finance business partner to their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities- Partner closely with Profit Centre Managers to drive financial performance through insightful forecasting, KPI tracking, and robust financial reporting.
- Prepare and evaluate weekly financial forecasts, ensuring precision in revenue and cost projections while aligning with overarching business objectives.
- Embed financial insights into daily operations, supporting decision-making and enhancing commercial outcomes across departments.
- Serve as the primary finance liaison during month-end close, facilitating data reconciliation and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
- Contribute to the management of aged receivables and doubtful debts by coordinating with internal teams to resolve invoice and credit note issues.
- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to analyse financial trends, streamline processes, and cultivate financial awareness throughout the organisation.
- Influence and negotiating with key departmental managers
- UK Accounting qualifications required part qualified or above within ACCA, CIMA, ACA
- Previous exposure to management accounts essential
- Experience within the construction industry preferable
- IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
