Are you a technically strong finance professional with a passion for audit, reporting, and IFRS compliance? Boldyn Networks is looking for aFinance & Audit Managerto lead audit coordination and financial reporting across our UK&I entities. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of digital connectivity.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our finance team, you'll be the go-to expert for audit and technical accounting matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading theUK&I year-end audit process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Preparing and reviewingIFRS and FRS101 financial statements.
• Draftingtechnical accounting memoson revenue recognition, leases, and key estimates.
• Supporting the implementation ofnew lease accounting software.
• Coordinatingquarterly group reportingand maintaining management-to-statutory reconciliations.
• Liaising withexternal auditorsand internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
• MonitoringIFRS developmentsand ensuring compliance across entities.
• Supportingtax-related processesand ad-hoc technical projects.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings:

• 5+ years of post-qualified experience, ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier firm.
• Strong technical knowledge ofIFRS, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Experience preparingtechnical accounting papersand complex financial disclosures.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
