Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid model, three days a week in our Herne Hill office to connect, create, and grow together.The salary is £37,500 (DOE) pluscompany benefits .

The role

As Event Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across our healthcare event portfolio, which includes conferences, webinars, awards, multi-city roadshows, and international summits. You'll be the main point of contact for all things marketing, managing timelines, budgets, content, and strategy while mentoring a marketing executive.

Your day-to-day will involve driving registrations, engaging sponsors and delegates, building strong relationships, and working closely with our data team to use audience insight effectively. You'll also manage websites and content, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and report on campaign performance.

You'll bring your own unique take to this role, whether through storytelling, experimentation, or problem-solving that reimagines how we engage with audiences.

What we're looking for

You'll fit right in if you:

  • Bring energy, curiosity, and transferable marketing experience;if you have worked withinevents or publishing, this is advantageous.
  • Are confident using tools like Adestra, SEO, PPC, social media, and Canva or Adobe.
  • Have line management experience and understand the importance of regular 1-to-1s, coaching, and day-to-day support to help your team grow.
  • Feel comfortable managing timelines, budgets, and team resources.
  • Know how to use data to drive decisions and aren't afraid to try new ideas.
  • Can build strong working relationships and liaise confidently at a senior level.
  • Want to support others and bring out the best in your team.
  • Are comfortable travelling for work within the UK and internationally when needed.
  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems with a proactive mindset.
