About the Role
Our client is expanding its regional IT Infrastructure team and is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned developer to join a stable and growing organization, working in a dynamic environment on mission-critical business tools. We are looking for someone who understands that delivering exceptional internal customer service directly contributes to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales).
• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead projects related to Dynamics CRM, collaborating closely with end users.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal ERP/CRM systems used across 9 countries in the CEE region (supporting 8,000+ users).

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 certification.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SQL Server, .NET, and JavaScript.

Requirements

• 3+ years of designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sales.
• Experience developing custom components/web resources using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• 5+ years object-oriented design and development using inheritance and generics (.NET, Java, C++, Python, etc.).
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using technologies like Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Dynamics SDK, and REST API.
• Familiarity with architectural principles such as SOLID and ONION.
