Discovery Manager - CMDB

Discovery Manager - CMDB vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Manage the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using top-down and horizontal discovery for reliable and complete EACMDB.
• Monitor discovery status, logs, and troubleshoot errors while resolving discovery issues.
• Create and optimise discovery patterns, probes, and sensors, and manage discovery classification.
• Establish and manage the mid-server topology and discovery IP ranges.
• Administer cloud resource discovery and configure discovery workspaces.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience in managing CMDB and discovery processes (on Premise discovery,Google cloud disovery,Azure cloud discovery).
• Familiarity with SNMP classifications and system OIDs.
• Proficient in creating and executing discovery schedules.
• Language skills: English fluent,German is a nice to have

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
