About this Role:

This role is ideal for an experienced commercial solicitor or a solicitor seeking their next step in their career. The role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. You will work with diverse clients, including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare providers, and agricultural businesses.

Typical matters include:

• Succession planning
• Asset and business sales
• Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• Re-organisations
• Partnerships and shareholder agreements
• Investments

No two days are the same, it most certainly will provide a flexible and varied workload that will challenge and develop your skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years PQE

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 dep on exp
