What's the opportunity?This is a full-time, permanent role based in Manchester, reporting to the Head of Operations within Cynergy Bank Finance Operations. As a Client Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our factoring facilities, supporting both new business and our live client book. You will be responsible for debt verifications, ledger administration, credit control, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your work will help deliver a high-quality service and support the growth of our business.

- Own debt verifications for new business and live client book, ensuring completion in line with credit expectations.
- Manage ledger administration, credit control, collection activities, and allocation processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of factoring clients.
- Provide assistance to the Collections Manager as required.
- Maintain thorough records and provide feedback and reporting to clients, their customers, and internal colleagues.
- Ensure all activity supports the maintenance of collateral funded by CBF.
- Proactively identify and action sales opportunities to best meet customer needs.
- Adhere to the Bank's AML policies and procedures.
- Minimum three years' Invoice finance experience.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player.
