We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Birmingham-based law firm seeking
a Civil Solicitor with experience across general civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload involving landlord & tenant disputes, contract
disputes, debt recovery, and property litigation.
Provide clear, effective advice and represent clients in court or
settlement negotiations.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years PQE in Civil Litigation.
Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
