This is a full-time role for a Chief Executive Officer, based near Utrecht, Netherlands, with some flexibility for remote work. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the organization, including tactical development, operational excellence and fostering key partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the team, driving business growth, aligning company operations with long-term goals, and making sure our expansive operation remains cashflow positive, while also ensuring Plenty Planet remains a leader in Regenerative-focused energy solutions.

• Comprehensive experience in Finance and Business Planning
• Leadership experience in Operations Management and tactical Planning
• Proven ability to drive growth through Sales and strategic business initiatives
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams
• Background in renewable energy, sustainability, or related fields is an asset
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
