Branch Manager - Travel House

As a Branch Manager, you will lead a retail branch, inspire your team, and together deliver exceptional service to customers to make their holiday dreams a reality.

You will share your expertise to support, develop, train and guide your team to the best they can be.

Responsibilities

• Be a true role model for your teams and peers as a trusted and inspiring leader who meets targets.
• Lead the overall profitability of your branch.
• Enable the effective day to day operation of your branch and foreign exchange bureau.
• Manage, coach and develop your branch colleagues.
• Increase the exposure of your branch.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a travel consultant/agent.
• Great leadership skills and experience of working leading other colleagues.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team.
• Ability to work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Good accuracy and numerical skills.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Competent IT skills.
