Job Description
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a retail branch, inspire your team, and together deliver exceptional service to customers to make their holiday dreams a reality.
You will share your expertise to support, develop, train and guide your team to the best they can be.
After all, it is our branches exceptional customer service, expert industry knowledge and genuine passion that our customers return for- time and time again.
Responsibilities- Be a true role model for your teams and peers as a trusted and inspiring leader who meets targets.
- Lead the overall profitability of your branch.
- Enable the effective day to day operation of your branch and foreign exchange bureau.
- Manage, coach and develop your branch colleagues.
- Increase the exposure of your branch.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a travel consultant/agent.
- Great leadership skills and experience of working leading other colleagues.
- Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team.
- Ability to work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service experience.
- Good accuracy and numerical skills.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Competent IT skills.
