BMS Project Engineer Lisburn (NI Based)

CLIENT

A rare opportunity to join a leading NI Smart Buildings specialist who are expanding their delivery team in Lisburn. This company have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality integrated BMS / Smart Building projects across the commercial built environment in Northern Ireland.

This is NI-only project delivery - no GB travel / no hotel away from home.

• Experience working with Tridium and/or Schneider BMS systems

• Good understanding of HVAC controls and Smart Building integration

• Previous experience delivering BMS projects (design commissioning handover)

• Strong coordination skills - able to liaise with clients, FM teams and M&E contractors

• Full UK driving licence

As a BMS Project Engineer you will take ownership of your own NI based projects and will be responsible for:

• Engineering, configuration and commissioning BMS systems

• Running multiple live jobs simultaneously (small + medium projects)

• Producing technical documentation (designs / RAMS / O&M)

• Maintaining commercial control, variations, cost forecasting

• Reporting progress to the Operations Manager

• Working to all HSEQ standards and procedures

• Providing technical support to internal teams and clients

£55,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
