We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Business Analyst to support two key initiatives: an e-invoicing project and a BCBS 239 remediation programme. This role requires a combination of business analysis expertise and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure alignment with internal governance and external regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and validation of the End User Computing (EUC) inventory to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Ensure governance frameworks and processes are compliant with BCBS 239 principles.

  • Identify gaps in regulatory compliance and collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement remediation actions.

  • Act as a bridge between delivery teams and compliance/regulatory stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment.

  • Contribute to project documentation, regulatory reporting, and the development of risk/control materials.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a regulatory or compliance-focused Business Analyst role.

  • Strong knowledge of BCBS 239 and its practical implications within financial services.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Background in data management or financial services environments.

  • Familiarity with e-invoicing systems or workflows.

  • Experience working with additional regulatory frameworks such as GDPR or SOX.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (eg, Tableau).
