The successful candidate will be an integral part of the programme management team in London and the Southeast, working closely with the UK programme management community. You will play a key role in expanding one of our strategic sectors and service streams.
Your responsibilities:- Support the establishment of programmes and programme management offices (PMOs).
- Assist in managing complex programmes of work within stakeholder environments.
- Support and sometimes lead the delivery of PMO services and stakeholder engagement across the programme.
- Help meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set for our business.
- Assist the Programme Management lead in improving our service delivery toolkit and establishing best practices within the Programme community. Collaborate with team members to create reports, analyze data, generate actions, and ensure their completion.
- Innovate processes, approaches, and data handling techniques. Analyze information from various sources to assess how different options may impact programme delivery.
- Collaborate with other offices, service lines, sectors, and the wider AtkinsRéalis business to provide innovative solutions that enhance our competitive advantage in the Programme and Portfolio arena.
- Undergraduate or Master's degree, preferably in construction, real estate, or facilities management (not essential).
- Experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or PMO, ideally in property, construction, or real estate.
- Understanding of project and programme components.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Power Platform, and Power Query.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
