The successful candidate will be a key part of the programme management team in London and the Southeast, working closely with the UK programme management community. You will contribute to growing our strategic sectors and service streams.
Your purpose:
- Support the establishment of programmes and programme management offices (PMOs).
- Assist in managing complex programmes with diverse stakeholders.
- Support and occasionally lead the delivery of PMO services and stakeholder engagement.
- Help meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs set for our business.
- Assist the Programme Management lead in improving service delivery and establishing best practices within the Programme community. Collaborate with team members to create reports, analyze data, develop actions, and ensure their completion.
- Innovate processes, approaches, and data handling methods. Analyze information from various sources to assess impacts on programme delivery.
- Work with other offices, service lines, sectors, and the wider AtkinsRéalis business to develop integrated solutions that enhance our competitive advantage in the Programme and Portfolio arena.
What you can bring:
- Undergraduate or Master's degree, preferably in construction, real estate, or facilities management, though this is not essential.
- Experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or PMO roles, ideally in property, construction, or real estate.
- Understanding of project and programme components.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with role-related software, including Power Platform & Power Query.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with attention to detail.
