LSE Group also provides a chance to work with other technology teams across the Exchange, and the rest of the Post Trade BusinessesLCH SwapClear & Listed Rates is the major clearing business for LCH and LSEG, one of the company flagships and the market leader in IRS Clearing. SwapClear is the largest global Rates platform in the world with the highest standards of resilience. The Platform clears 9m new trades per annum and supports various daily post-trade processing features, such as margin optimisations. 90% of the cleared interest rate swaps globally pass through the platform and we regularly clear in excess of $3.5 trillion notional per day with over 60 member bank groups and over 1000 clients serviced.# Role ProfileWe are seeking a confident Agile Delivery Lead who knows how to operate with gravitas for creating and supporting high-performing cross-functional software delivery teams, ensuring flow from inception thru delivery.You will know how to help teams plan, organize and breakdown work in a large delivery organization to enable predictable outcomes. You need to value and support good quality engineering and be able to influence sponsors and stakeholders towards a more agile way of working whilst adhering to governance/controls, quality standards and industry best practices.The role will involve some Project Management and classic Scrum Master activities for more than one team and will be expected to become comfortable with technical detail at a level of a tech BA. You will be a natural leader, improve team productivity by removing blockers and guide the team to self-govern by helping to create transparency.Key Responsibilities Defines and manage plans for product delivery involving our cross-functional teams and potentially multiple up and downstream dependencies. Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards. Understands different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensures flexibility to deliver and execute within different ways of working. Supports Product Owners in backlog definition, prioritisation and elaboration. Partners with Engineering colleagues in the definition of solution designs, implementation plans, and go-live strategies. Identifies and tracks key technical dependencies and competing priorities Manages and records the risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies on a project and executes formal change control standards and governance. Leads issue resolution, providing options and solutions to resolve conflicts across teams. Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate. Manages relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Engages in discussion to reach an agreement and create outcomes, affecting the action, behaviours, or opinions of others. Gathers feedback on supplier performance, identifying issues and improvements Line manager, supports and develops team members by providing advice, coaching and development opportunities. Deputises at key meetings and as necessary. Ensures quality is built into everything we deliver as an organisation.# Required Experience, Skills and Traits 5-7 years Agile delivery and transformation, including large scale scrum Strong collaboration and coaching skills Excellent communication skills, work effectively with developers Excellent at managing and influencing a wide network of stakeholders Willing and able to challenge stakeholders to adhere to timelines Expert knowledge of agile delivery and project management methodologies Agile certifications# Desirable Experience, Skills and Traits Working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously Experience of agile coaching and transformation; Experience with Scrum, Kanban and other Agile frameworks Good understanding software engineering practices A learner, someone always looking for self-improvement Leadership including: Guidance and support provided to the immediate agile team and wider team/stakeholders as required Coaching and mentoring of agile team to build and mature agile delivery capabilityJoin us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
