The team is hiring 2x NOC Engineers to monitor network operations, identify and resolve incidents, and maintain service continuity. The roles will focus on real-time troubleshooting, escalation management, and supporting network stability across diverse client infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, servers, and connectivity using NMS tools.
• Respond to alerts and alarms, ensuring quick resolution of incidents.
• Troubleshoot network faults and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Perform basic configuration changes, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and update operational procedures.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers during incidents.
• Identify recurring issues, assist with capacity planning, and suggest improvements.
• Work on a shift rota, ensuring 24/7 coverage and smooth handovers.

Skills / Must have

• Any Basic Networking
• Willingness to learn
• Hands-on experience with Nokia equipment.
• Familiarity with Fortinet SD-WAN and/or Ciena solutions.
• Background at a Tier 1 ISP or comparable network service provider.

Salary

• £31,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience).
