Senior Corporate Lawyer - FTC /Perm

A well established corporate team has a new vacancy for a FTC lawyer

THE ROLE

This is a role for a Corporate Solicitor with 10+ PQE to join a busy team, initially on a FTC basis

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a significant level of experience handling corporate work with a focus on private company work, advising SMEs and entrepreneurs.

You will be expected to manage your own caseload, working closely with clients and team members

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, individuals must be able to demonstrate sound technical skills with a solid track record in handling corporate work.

The role is initially for a FTC but may well develop into a permanent position

You will be able to start a new role at short notice
