FS Regulatory / ESG Lawyer. In House Secondment Assignment

We are working very closely with a market-leading Alternative Legal Service Provider that is looking to second a FS Regulatory / ESG Lawyer to a leading Asset Manager for a 9 month assignment.

The successful lawyer will advise on FS Regulatory matters, particularly those with an ESG element.

A hybrid working arrangement is in place, with Lawyers spending 3 days a week in the London office.

The assignment is to start ASAP. Lawyers should ideally be available immediately or at very short notice.

It is likely that successful lawyers will be able to demonstrate:

• Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia or New Zealand)
• Upwards of 2 years' PQE
• A wealth of experience in advising on a range of FS Regulatory matters, particularly those relating to ESG
• Strong training and post qualification experience with a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Prior experience gained within the FS or Asset Management sectors would be beneficial, but not essential
• The ability to start a 9 month assignment immediately or at short notice
