Corporate M&A Solicitor

We have direct instructions from the Head of Corporate at a leading international firm, who is looking to add a corporate solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience to the team.

The International Corporate Group offers a full range of specialist corporate services, including M&A (public and private), Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity/Venture Capital and Joint Ventures. The team offers the full remit of corporate expertise to a wide range of clients on an array of domestic and international transactions.

The new joiner will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private), but will also have the opportunity to work on Venture Capital, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets transactions. Much of the work is cross-border and there is a great opportunity to work with many of the firm's other offices around the globe.

The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, be keen to take responsibility and will have experience of leading on corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate flexibility, supporting a broad range of corporate transactions, but with a particular focus on private M&A work.
